Arjun [Eeswar], Laxman [Sreenu], Bhasha [Tony], Harish [Rajesh], and Surya [Surya] are studying engineering while staying in the college hostel. They spend their time enjoying life with the scholarships and government freebies that come to their families. Narisimha [Abhimanyu Singh], which aims to fulfill the three generations\' desire to become MLAs, runs this junction. If anyone interferes with Narasimha\'s anger and desire, Karna [Sanjay] kills him and throws him into a well. Major\'s [BHEL Prasad] daughter, Jyoti [Naina Sarwar], who was killed by Karna\'s knife, runs a canteen near the college. Jothi and Karna accidentally enter Arjun\'s life while he is having fun with freebies. Lakshmana becomes a victim of Narasimha\'s arrogance.
